Dreamworld Challenges

How many times have you wanted to challenge someone in another guild or even the whole guild? Sure, you can post on the town wall, in global or in the new chat...but the chances of your intended opponent seeing your post are kinda slim. Of course if they're on your friends list, you can just message them. But what if you want to challenge someone who isn't on your list?
My idea was to start a page where everybody who plays Dreamworld would be able to join and issue challenges.
