Please consider either removing the Restart button or moving it to a different screen where it can't be easily hit accidentally. A high level player Accidentally hit it and panicked, and now that player is back at level 1. Can you, in a true display of compassion for someone who has devoted years into the game, restore their character back to their former might with all their gear and enhances intact? I'm hoping it is something you can do.

I have always though that putting the restart button next to the options button is a recipe for disaster and so it has proved as a lvl 108 is now forced to begin again. It would be good to reset his character back to what it was as he has invested years and no little money into this game. Do the right thing folks.

The restart link has a confirmation prompt, and in 8+ years of DW history on all servers, no one else has contact us regarding accidentally pressing then accidentally confirming that popup prompt.

We need to know the name of the the character that needs help restoring ,and person needs to contact us directly as well. We might be able to restore most of stats on equipped items, but items stored in bank are not restorable.

The name of my character was ASH. I don't know exact stats other than speed and dex was in the 1500's. Had scoped devil deathbow +9 hard capped. Devil battle armor of speed +9 and the devil ring over soft cap. I was level 108. Not sure what else is needed. It would be great if I could have my old character back. Don't think I could ever build another one up to that level and stats again. I appreciate anything you might be able to do,Thank you.

108.21 107.45 0.76 SDD9 3832 7056 1176 29 1147 215 503 266 1579 1575 Them were my latest stats according to our guild stat sheet. I was in DB2 then made a new guild after the mishap. I will be back in DB2 later tonight. Hope this helps. Thank you

Thank you Admins for fixing this situation. You are wrong however. Back in 2010 my account was restarted in a similar manner. My niece was clicking on party members and playing smash the bug. She accidentally clicked Restart, then clicked Yes on the confirmation page. I contacted you about it but at the time nothing could be done. Please consider moving the Restart button to a different screen where it can't be clicked accidentally.
