Playing each others accounts.

I wanted to ask you a question about guild members playing each others accounts - is that ok now or is it a breach of TOS 3&9?
I ask the question because i know for a fact that one guild in particular has amongst its guild members a number of players who have access to and play each others accounts - primarily in Mystic Wars and KoD. The GM of the guild has confirmed this and despite numerous requests to cease, the behaviour persists. Any IP check or even casual observation of gameplay reveals this unsporting behaviour is endemic in gaining and maintaining an unfair competitive advantage.
I am sure you are keen to enforce your own rules.
