Dream Stone Problem Please FIX

Ever since I used the purge - no Use Dream Stone button for me - and my screen says I already have one! When will you be fixing this??? And will you be replacing the lost ones? Its been days now.

In the "bugs" tab, it has been stated that they will fix this in a future patch, they did not specify when.
