Wei when you read this, you know my opinion we've talked about it several times. Ben shouldn't be banned. You overreacted to him and caused an overreaction by doing so then you punished the behaviour that you cajoled on and that's just poor cricket.

I miss the mutt. His absence reduces my desire to play as much as I had been previously. It makes me not want to spend money on gems.

I for one hope and wishes to have Mutt back. As said previously he made a good apology. And for that, even to post openly about this, he deserves to be brought back.

We have temporary lifted ban for Ben's account after reducing the stats on the character and removing the remaining gems. There will be no debate or further communication on this matter, nor will we communicate directly with Ben since he has has previously requested. The account will be under permanent probation and any additional violation of the ToS, regardless of how minor, will result in the account being permanently banned.
