Enchanted VS +Int Wands

I was wondering which type would be better. I'm level 88 and working on hitting 90 to get some drow gear. Now I've heard some people say that a +9 wisdom wand is stronger than an enchanted wand. If this is so, is it a significant difference? Any information would be helpful ^^

enchanted ... because they have bonuses to spell damage ... which means you do more damage
