Friends cannot rein me

Hello,
Today I was playing and neither of my friends, Lars nor Dave could rein me because I was red to them. However, Lars was green to me when I go to his galaxy list.
I need reins to finish chapter to make next CC so this is major bad timing. Please fix.

Any news here? He is still red for me and we are friends on Facebook, refresh wasn't helping. I'm in galaxy 9 but still with hostile/war we should be friends.

Have you guys made sure you are in none hostile/war relationship galaxies?

I have other friends in G143 too and they show green to me. Our galaxy settings are Neutral from G9 to G143.

Shows neutral from my side too. Also Craig checked and found me red. He is in gal 20. Both he and Lars have reined me before but now cannot.

I have seen this before, try removing the person on fb and re adding them, I don't have you friended atm add me and ill see if i can rein you after when I am around.

RW I sent you a message in game with my facebook address. We can test your suggestion but it appears all my TW friends not in galaxy cannot rein me. That would be a lot of unfriending and refriending if your hypothesis is correct. I would rather see the problem fixed than go through all that.

Yeah, you were already friended, but it was not showing you as a friend in TW, I went ahead deleted you and sent a request to see if that fixes it.

Re adding you did not fix it, a day later I still cant rein you you show up yellow and can be attacked but others in your galaxy I can rein

Are you showing up in each other's in-game friends list or bottom bar? Sometimes Facebook fails to pass us correct friendship information due to privacy or other permission settings. Also, please make sure the reinforcement you are planning to set still is under 20% of the targets army strength.
