I am in chapter 9 but I can't play with deck because I lack skill cards, people in my galaxy say that I should have got gift package long time ago with stuff needed to play with deck but I don't have it, I either didn't get it at all or somehow lost it, what should I do to get it ?

You probably lost the mail that contain the skill cards and avatar equipments for War of Heroes. It should be resent to you next time you login, remember to get it from your mail then open the gift box from your inventory.
