When I finished Chapter 12 it looked like a prize was going to come but the screen locked and never received anything if you are suppose to get a prize for finishing Chap12.?

Then later in night when spinning wheel for Daile Prize the samething happened and prize was not received or displayed?

First time I have ever had this problem.

Sounds like it's a connection issue if your daily spin didn't end. In either case, the prize is rewarded to your account even if you doesn't get displayed to you, unless you drew an item and when you have full inventory - then it's likely lost unless you can log back in to check the temporary space.
