...but I got no gems. Now I have to kill the General again? Something seems off here I didn't see comments saying I had to kill him multiple times. I got a box with a purple crystal or a box with a l50 necklace. I haven't opened either of them yet because suddenly I have not completed what I already completed. Help please.

The new promotion hasn't started yet. The planned start date is posted on the original thread (7/19).

Ok well to be fair I don't care about the gems. I killed him and I didn't move on to chapter 11. Something seems amiss. I got the reward but not the credit for completing.

Just click war map and hit Chapter 11?

It's not there.

Is the chapter you in called Chapter N, not Chapter 10, and only has one boss?
If so, you must keep fighting the guy ( Remember to view the fight results for the chest drop possibility ) and you will slowly get map pieces like you do for bubble gems. once you get pieces 1-5, synthesize to a map and use it to reach chapter 10.

On that note, Playmage, you should really put something informational somewhere for Chapter N, you don't even get a quest for it, just a quest for the next chapter. It is pretty confusing.
