Auction Bug

Around 930 Server time, I believe I won a 1 hr. speedup. It appears, however, that I never received a mail message so I could claim it. The prize isn't a huge loss but more concerned it could happen on a higher prize to me or someone else. Please let us know.

Thanks for the report. Did you receive a mail regarding being outbid? Sometime other players will bid on an item the very last second so while it appears you may have won the item, you might not have...

Apologies that I never came back to check this message..
No, I was online as I was bidding two items. I was in the Auction screen and saw the 1 hr. speedup count down to 0. A new item appeared but I did not received the mail message.
