Posted: Tue Sep 17, 2013 8:42 pmIt could also have something to do with the galaxy your in if your galaxy is at war with another galaxy youll get farmed more naturally, and people drop in power to pvp usually when the run out of targets in their own range, its not powering down just to win, pvping in your own range provides better resources, but a lot of times, you wont have a lot of targets in the higher ranges.
