Drop rates for bubble fragments

It appears that of the last 35 fragments drops, 0 have been fragment #1. I have also heard other players with a similar lack of #1. I realize that the drop rates are different, just wanted to check if a bug or I'm having rather bad luck at this moment.

I'm getting everything except fragment 4 so I guess it's just random

Statistical analysis of my bubble drops on Kong:
http://aielamanshan.forumotion.com/t35-fragment-drop-rates. PM maintains they're even. Admittedly, they seem to be okay for spirit gems though, both here and Kong.
