I have a full set of the Green S3 armor but when equipped i dont get the bonus HP from the full set. With a full S2 i have 46 HP and only 43 with the full S3.

Thanks for the report. This has now been fixed. You will need to re-equip an item or re-login to apply the fix to your set bonus.
