For the past two or three weeks Chrome has not been allowing me to request help to build faster. I click the button but the FB box never pops up, so I cannot actually ask for help. It works in IE.

Another problem I have is that the screen gets cut off on the right side, the boxes for chat and build progress don't show up unless I zoom to about 125%.

Hi dilsama, please update your Chrome if it's not the latest version. Empty all your browser cache and restart it to see if it helps. Please check that if you are using any type of an ad blocker in your browser. Any extension that installed on your Chrome that prevents pop up boxes?

And you may try enabling javascript on your Chrome:
On the web browser menu click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" and select "Settings".
In the "Settings" section click on the "Show advanced settings..."
Under the the "Privacy" click on the "Content settings...".
When the dialog window opens, look for the "JavaScript" section and select "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)".
Click on the "OK" button to close it.
Close the "Settings" tab.
Click on the "Reload this page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

To solve the second problem, please play the game with 100% zoom.
