In targets shows for me players that are much lower than my power, so it's not in my range.

For sure, my power is under 170m power now, and I very long time didn't drop my power to be lower, only higher, and I clicked search few times, and there is still Claudia with 100m power.

Are you still seeing this? It was possible that Claudia recently dropped in power and since the targets list is cached it make take few more minutes for her to be removed. The other possibility is that there is no one else between 104M and 153M power that you can attack but that seems less likely.

Nope, I don't see her no more, but that was strange so I though is a bug. Today she "Claudia" is on 120m power and I don't see her on my range in Targets.

Again? This should be a bug. I have seen her 2hours ago and still she is here.

That bug has been happening for a long time, like even longer than you noticed it.
