I finally completed the final boss of the "tutorial" and even upgraded a few buildings to 26, yet still no link

Please let me know if i'm missing something or what i worked my butt off for these gems.

I think you need to finish the chapter you are on, it isnt a big deal, just join galaxy 20 and ask for some good reinforcements it will be complete in no time.
