WoH5 Marcus too many players

I was fighting Marcus, third hero. I ran his cards to 0 left and 0 in hand. Then every 2nd turn he brought out a new man. 3 times he brought out GOLD shaman when completely out of cards. Those must be some magical shamans. I lost a battle I should have won as a result. I would like to be credited that battle as WoH5 is hard enough without the computer player being able to cheat.

Um shamans can return to deck when killed, possibly not showing correctly on the counter, but if i remember correctly the chance was 50% for a purple, could be more for a gold.

RW,
There was 1 Shaman out I killed and 3 more came out over 6 turns and were on board at same time. So the returning to deck does not justify what happened.
