I just Finished Chapter 19.
I was down to 10 Action Points
It never Refilled The Action Points or does it show PL9 on The Members List?
However it does show 9PL on the planet page. As well as letting me upgrade all the other things.
Any help or advice much appreciated.
BTW I did Refresh numerous times as well.

The boss for chapter 19 needs to be beaten 30 times to progress into the next chapter (everyone had to do this for chapter 19). However, beating once will reward you the 9th planet. Once you get into chapter 20, then the galaxy information will be correctly display your planet count.
