my 30 day talent

I bought a 30 day 2x experience talent card in auction, which I received. When I used it, it disappeared and did not give me 30 additional days. I would like my 30 days added on or my 2x talent card back please. How do I get either my 30 days added on or my card back?

I am seeing that your exp buff expires on December 11th, over 2 months from now. Are you looking at something different? (were you looking at wrong buff icon and did you try refresh?)

When you double click the item an icon appears underneath your credits, Should be a blue square with a 2X in the middle. Pretty small
