I noticed recently that after two matches with the same person that I still instantly match up with that person for at least up to 4 fights. Was wondering if the matching times were changed or if its a bug.

I thought I already replied this somewhere.... but incase I forgot - this can happen if the server is restarted because the match record is stored in memory, thus restart will clear it.
