Help Links

Why are the help links maxed out at 2 hours? It made sense when things were only taking 7 days or less, but now, especially with the higher levels, buildings and techs are taking a month or longer. Why can't the help link times be increased once you hit a certain level? For example, when you start building at level 40 or even 45, when things are taking three weeks or more, have the help links be 6 hours at least. Because, at least from my point of view, when I see that I can have 10 hours taken off of 32 days, I'm almost thinking, "Who cares?"
