I just completed an offer which should have paid me 490 Gold immediately, however the Gold is not forthcoming, how do I find out why or who do I ask about this?

I remembered where I've seen the link for support, so don't really need an answer now.

Support for offer is provided by the third party (Trialpay) who sponsored the offers. Please note that if Trialpay do not reward you gold for your offer, we don't get paid by Trialpay for it either, so please contact them by re-opening the offer form (FREE gold link about the game) and navigate contact form by clicking on the "Help" link at the top right, the scroll all the way to the bottom of the help page where it says "offer status" and "contact support".
