Looks like this Red RattleSnake uses a bit everything as its devices.

Anyone have a idea what might be the best devices to attack/defend and defeat Red RattleSnake?

The best advice I can give you is hit this hard, wait for a good pillar bonus (i like the dodge) and get the 2 best MF from your friends/ g members.
