Posting this for Darkonne in G20 as he cant seem to post fight now

Since the new expansion is coming in two months, I thought I should put my '2 cents' in on something that I thought of quite some time ago.
Besides just adding chapters or changes to WoH, what about adding some new ships? I mean, on the second page of the shipyard, there's only the Level 26, Mobile Fortress, with the 400 Command requirement. However, don't just increase the level requirement, make the hero requirements different. As in, if you were to add 4 new ships, Special 1 through Special 4, let each one have specific hero requirements. For example:
Special 1 will require a hero with Command 300 and War 600.
Special 2 will require a hero with Command 300 and Tech 600.
Special 3 will require a hero with Command 300 and Build 600.
Special 4 will require a hero with Command 400, War 400, Tech 200 and Build 200.
Each type of ship will have it own different type of add-on's, whether it be better defense, better attack or something totally different. However, like the Mobile Fortress, only allow one to be equipped at a time. So if you have a Special 4 equipped, you cannot have a Special 1, Special 2 or Special 3 equipped at the same time. Also, it will throw a wrench into the works as to how certain heroes are built at the higher levels.
It'll take a miracle for you, but I can handle it.

I've been wondering if they were gonna be adding new ships because it would change the game up as well as make it interesting again.

But i want to add something for arena...
What about Arena Jr.

This is where S1 gear are back up for grabs for those who do NOT have 5th planet yet. This way those who do not have the money to throw into heros and so forth can still enjoy the game.

I agree with both ideas mentioned above, and believe that making the Arena Gear- S1 available again would add much more 'replayability' to the game. Also, the excitement and overall interest in the game would return since there would be something to work toward once again! :geek:

Yes bringing back S1 would be nice for people who don't have full sets, new ships would be a definate plus

While im at it, a galaxy storage vault would also be nice, or the ability to move enhances from old gear to new gear like we do in dream world

While I was on the subject of new ships: instead of just having a new set of ships above the Mobile Fortress, you could expand on the ships that we already have. You can keep the the standard command ships, but then also have a new fighter through mothership as well. For example, level 17 fighter with com & other stat requirement, level 18 frigate with com & other stat requirement, and so on....

It'll be a way of getting newer players into thinking about hero stat placement as well.

Using tech and build for ships would screw over the older players. Also, no galaxy vaults as then he higher players grow the lower players not themselves and once again the lower items in auction will raise in price and the weaker players not in the top 4 galaxies will quit due to this. Typed from my phone if it seems misworded a bit.

Talon, you're being too closed-minded. We need to expand on the game. All older players have at least 20 purples. I'm in that category too. By switching it up, we're all in the same category again, at least for a little while. And besides, purple war/com items have tech & build skills on them, so older players have a slight leg-up already. Plus, some early players have purples waiting in their taverns anyways.

If the change-up happens, it'll be gradual anyway. I highly doubt anyone will be top dog at the get go.
