Heroes and Weapons

In the FAQ it says that the different races specialize in each weapon. I want to know does this apply only to your main character or does it apply to each Hero in your Army? Like for example if I have a MU hero should he be using Carrots or Biochem for my Veeren race?

For the player character, not by heroes.

Human (blue icon in the galaxy, main planet is like earth) > missile
Alcon(brown icon, green planet) > laser
Mu (grey icon, bunny) > carrot
Veeren (green icon, red planet) > biochem

This is not a "must", but you only can upgrading your racial weapon past lv 25,
so until lv 25 you can freely to choosing any weapon to use
