I understand that one of the patches you changed the reinforcing where now you get resources back. But how much % is given back?
I ask cause i still lose a TON of resources when i reinforce people and they lose my ships.

It should be 100% rebuild cost based on your highest lab/institute reduction, just like if you were the attacker. You don't get a message when you are reinbursed but you are. Are you sure the resource loss you are seeing is not due to something else?
