Suggestion for starting character

Have player pick primary just like a hero, and level like one as well.
Should be equal to a Epic hero in progression, so most hero hired will be slightly under you in ability, and a few epic ones equal in ability, as would be expected for a leader.
This would give a player 1 good commander at the start, themselves.
