New Gem Type

This new gem idea is based around the sense that it is found in parts (like bubble/spirit/demon gems) except that once formed this gem then leads onto a boss that must be fought as a team in a War of Heroes style.
It could be a one off battle, or it could have 3 stages of increasing difficulty, much the same as the bubble/spirit/demon gem format. No ideas as to what the army strength could be set at, could have more than one gem of this type to balance it out so everyone could face one form or another of the bosses/raids that these gems would lead on to.
