How rare are Blue and Purple pets? I've spent about 4 days using all my energy fighting Arachy for flurries (I had a level 95 white one that never got evolved) and only just Found a blue ( failed to catch >_< ).
I'm curious if this is about average or if I'm just unlucky as I usually am.

Well of all pets I encountered I saw one purple and about 4 blue's so I'd say it's about average.
It's not really satisfying for me either to search for specific pets because of the low chance to get a purple one and especially because of the bad loot. So I just fight the strongest enemy I can for a chance to get new necklaces/combo skills and "maybe" a new pet.

I actually got my first higher level necklace (and my first evolve orbs) really close to now. I spent my starting gems on a fire orb to evolve my main pet (who is now 105 and I can't get third stage) but the rest of my pets I can collect orbs and go back to collect new preferably blue+ ones and get them on the right track. The low chance to find blue or purple mixed with the chance to catch without donating sucks..

Yes and I just got my 12th Earth Sphere which is quite disturbing... Maybe there really is a problem with those drop rates.

12? >_< I need like 3 and only have one in total.

As it turns out, the drop rates of pets varies (greatly) for pets you look for. Baby kongs I find dropped about 1 in 12, but flurries about 1 in 4... However I found 3 white kongs in a day of farming then got a purple this morning <3

I noticed the same and already messaged an Admin whether this is intended or not.

Farming baby Tyros after 3 days I got a blue, however with no earth sphere continued farming with hopes of getting one or a purple. 2 days later found three in a few hours. (blue baby tyros )
Not that rare >_<

Make that 4 blues today. xD

5 days of farming Shadow B ( and 9 blues later ) I find a purple and fail a 77% chance >_<
