Can one of you vets tell us the best place to farm necklaces please?

The higher you fight, the higher the necklaces, Higher the necklaces, Lower the drop rate. I'd suggest fighting as high as you can, dragons tend to give one every 2 days or so

I found a blue Golden Glory (lvl 135) with 4 slots -
hp: 6
Atk: 1
Def: 1
Int: 30
Spirit: 174

Gosh I wish the spirit was on another attribute, but I guess I'll take it.
If there was a card (similar to reborn for Pets) that would redistribute necklace values, that would be pretty cool. I guess in the end end end game and PVP necklaces make and break the battle, huh?

Was hoping for some advice... Would you guys consider a purple 'Pirates Bandana' level 65 with +63 attack and 4 gem slots good?

Yes I would. Get the highest attack crystals you can and then buff the heck out of that thing. I'm currently looking for hp and atk necklaces like crazy.

I saved up 10 ice crystals and 240 iron ores. Only to make a necklass no better than the ones I've picked up as drops. Arghhhh! I wonder what the percentage of green, blue or purple crafting is.
