I am trying to make a level 55 Rune stone necklace or a Pirate bandana, But cant buy or find where to get the crystals to make them. Does anybody know where these are?

I have 58 of it, i find them all at fire area
i need to know where can i find the crystals to make golden glory, anyone know?

For the dragon drop ...
Gen1 Dragon ... lv 115 necklace
Gen2 Dragon ... lv 125 necklace
Gen3 Dragon ... lv 135 necklace (golden glory)
