How do I reset my character/game?
Posted: Tue Mar 05, 2013 11:49 pmI somehow lost my starter monster and its collar. So now I am stuck and need to restart. Please help!
There is really no way to start over. You should still have the 2nd pet because the game will not allow you to remove your last pet. If you made some progress and can beat the 5th stage with your remaining pet only, it's probably best to just try to capture another pet.
If not, send me a private message with your WLAN Mac Address (go to Settings app, click General => About, it's near the bottom). I will see check with our devs to see what we can be done once we examine your account.
