Gold ball problem
Posted: Thu Jul 25, 2013 2:49 pmI tried catching a spark pony with a gold ball which says 100% chance, but it somehow escaped. Is that supposed to happen?

Posted: Sat Jul 27, 2013 2:47 pmGold Ball is 100% catch success, unless you used another type instead by mistake (check your gold ball count and gem balance to see if it actually changed). Send me me a private message with your in-game name and your current main quest stage (or email if you registered in-game), and we can look into this.

Posted: Sat Jul 27, 2013 9:32 pmYou fucked up bad then. I went to catch a blue zappie, ALL my drop rates were cut in half. 50% on gold ball, 29% on silver only..

Posted: Sun Jul 28, 2013 12:42 amAh, I forgot about that, sorry. In the last patch we increased chance of a dropped non-dragon pet being blue/purple by 3x-4x, and reduced the success rate. If Toast haven't updated to 1.14 yet, then his odd display will be off. Also, we are probably going to chance the odds of gold ball back to 100% in a future patch.
