It says "This is not a test user account. Please create a new account in the sandbox environment. Environment :Sandbox"

This should happen unless you are a developer. Try go to the settings app, choose itunes and sign out, then turn off your phone and turn back on.

If that doesn't work, please re-download the game from the official iTunes store (make sure you register an account from game's setting menu first if you haven't yet just incase).
