all it does is says loading after clicking ok with entering my name and picture..... please help fix this

Could you provide more detail about how this happened? Did you try clearing the cache and re-open the game before admin told you to? What browser are you using?

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache and restart your browser if you are playing the Facebook version.
