i try to login in the game but its never stop loding ( without login is running perfecly)

clearing browser cache and restart browser not help

Thanks for the report. Did you choose to clear everything when (from beginning of history) when clearing cache and close the browser right after clearing it? Please also make sure port 7100 (the game communication port) is not blocked by your firewall/router/blockers.

i cleared the cache ( with all marks on)

then i aktivatet the 7100 TCP and UDP in the firewall and router

then i restart pc but its not helped

no other idea ? to fix my problem?

Have you tried turning off your router for few minutes then restarting it? You can test whether port 7100 is actually open by using a shell/prompt and type "telnet dt.playmage.com 7100". If it connects, then your 7100 is open; type "ctrl + ]" to quit

my simple port tester says port aktiv i dont now how to use shell/prompt

restart from pc and router and deaktivatet anti vir and firewall dosnt help

so its try very long too connet but never finish

Hi Drakanen, are the other facebook games running properly? If yes, what browser and which version are you using? Have you tried other browsers? Sometimes reinstalling the browser might help. And please make sure your adobe flash player and java are up to date. Did the game log in properly before your report? If yes, maybe it's some changes recently made to your computer that causes this.

i use firefox and opera both can not connet

by the first regestration i can login and buy gems

( all other facebook games have no problem and without login dragon tear run perfectly)
