when trying to load dragon tear, I get the loading please wait, then the colour normal graphic, with the walking blue dragon
the load bar gets to about 80% and just stays there for more than 10 minutes or more

earlier this morning it worked, but for the last hour or two it hasn't

Please try clearing your browser cache then restart your browser. That usually fix this type of issues. Also, using another browser may help if you have one available. (btw which browser are you using?)

I have tried that, usually chrome, also tried chrome incognito and ie
all same spot stops loading.

I have changed dns server as well, to google public 8.8.8.8 with also no differnece

i can get on to other sites, only dragon tear loading is problem at moment

and nothing has changed from this morning when it was working fine

loading goes about 80% maybe 90% and then stops

the blue loading dragon is still walking but the bar doesn't move any more

Can you include a screenshot of your entire browser? Make sure there is no Flash block / permission pending content authorizations etc. We made a change about 24 hours ago that made Flash Client to download the game txt files via a different https url instead of http (to remove the nasty ! triangle in the browser URL bar indicating there are insecure elements on the page).

If problem still persist after making sure Flash has all the permissions granted, please open view menu on chrome, choose developer, and click on developer tools, from the bottom open the second tab (network), then clear your cache and reload the game. Find in the tab where it loads the game txt files (for example info.txt) and do a screenshot of that bottom area.

There are also couple more things to try also:
- Make sure you checked from beginning of history when choosing the time range to clear cache.
- We had seen issues that some ISP with caching setup that might cause problems like this if your ISP cache server took in a bad file to prevent loading. You can try turning off your router for 20 or so minutes and see if that helps.

It has started working by itself.. I suspect it was some sort of cache in the ISP
