the step that worked, was configuring my router for using a different ISP (more expensive pay per usage ) which worked fine , and then switching back to original kept working.

- Make sure you checked from beginning of history when choosing the time range to clear cache.
- We had seen issues that some ISP with caching setup that might cause problems like this if your ISP cache server took in a bad file to prevent loading. You can try turning off your router for 20 or so minutes and see if that helps.
