thank you for your help..and sorry to disturb

the step that worked, was configuring my router for using a different ISP (more expensive pay per usage ) which worked fine , and then switching back to original kept working.

Hi Marco, please try clearing your browser cache from the beginning of time then restart your browser. You can also try switch to another browser to see if it works if you have one available. Also, please make sure you have updated your browser and Adobe Flash Player to the latest.

Logging in from the direct address sometimes help as well: https://apps.facebook.com/dragontear/

clearing my browser cache isnt working. i need to reset my router. its working after some trys and sometimes it isnt.

Hi Marco, have you tried admin's suggestions in the previous post?

admin wrote:- Make sure there is no Flash block / permission pending content authorizations etc.
- Make sure you checked from beginning of history when choosing the time range to clear cache.
- We had seen issues that some ISP with caching setup that might cause problems like this if your ISP cache server took in a bad file to prevent loading. You can try turning off your router for 20 or so minutes and see if that helps.

i've tried to play dragon tear all over the day and it don't get over loading

i've tried in 3 computers, i've already cleaned my cache from all computers, already restarted my router lots of times, no working
