Hi Guilherme, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I will ask the team to look into it. In the meantime, please try everything we suggested in this topic to see if it will solve the problem. You can also contact facebook to see if they have any explanations as sometimes it's due to the platform. Which browser are you using?
