Gem purchase, no product

Hi,
We purchased a Fire sphere for 10 gems but never received the sphere. The gems are gone though!

Hi Winnie, once the purchase is successful, the item will be delivered directly to your account. Did the "Fire Sphere symbol +1" animation appear when you purchased it? Have you checked in Pet House--My Pets to see if the Fire Sphere is already in your package? If not, have you used it to evolve a fire based pet already?
