My quest is to defeat the professor, which I have done having had my P5 for almost a week now, sitting in ch 12.

Thanks for the report. Did you try defeating the professor again to see if the plot mission advances to the next one?

Nope, Its a pretty risky fight that I had specific ships built for, and didn't notice until Much after and they had been destroyed.

Could this be looked into? I know holyterra also mentioned to me that her quest didn't progress when she got her p5.

I went back and fought, quest success, but now its stuck on the lady in black quest. I already beat her, and refighting did NOT grant me the quest finishing. I know holyterra also has done the first few fights so she cannot get through this either.

We weren't able to reproduce the bug yet, but obviously it can occur since your quest is behind your progress.

We may add a way so that plot quests are automatically reward if your stage is beyond the level in the next update. In the meantime, you may need to re-defeat those bosses if you want to get caught up before we can properly fix it.

I attempted this, HOWEVER, its awarded on COMPLETION, not winning a fight. So I need to win the last fight again, which is impossible. I tried refighting, it doesn't work.

Also not getting reward for the professor or the lady in black.

Yep, we patched this yesterday. You can get caught up just by opening up the mission screen repetitively.
