Pillar fail

Today Maxwell has 2 mln left power and owned by G80.
When i watch it like 1-2 hours later, g93 has it, without protection so the pillar is able to attack. ANd we don't get coupons for 1st place.
Bug?

edit: Ok sorry i think we get coupons. And then it means g93 switched pillar?
