Not only it adds the messaging feature between friends that have upgraded to version 1.3.0, it's will also make the upcoming new time-limited dungeons (Exp Bonus type Jewel Dragons) to function 100% correctly once we release them tomorrow.
There are also some optimization and minor memory leak fixes that will help when fighting long battles in this update. So update to this version as soon as you can!
