Mileage reward improved for 1000/2000 miles on mobile.

Great news. We have decided to improve the 1000/2000 mileage reward to 5-star Pinocchios and 5-star Imps on the mobile server effective immediately. The change was made based on lack of card exchange for the existing 1000/2000 reward. The same change will also apply the Facebook version once that server has caught up to the current mileage reward rotation.
