Increased potion rewards, reduced Gem recruit, 8 item g-shop

Great news. In addition to all new content, events, and increased exp/pal point rewards, we have made some further improvements:
- Potion reward amount increased for Guild Wars. This encourage and rewards players further to go for higher reward tiers.
- Daily spin wheel has increased odds for rewarding potions, as we put two additional potion slots on the big prize wheel.
- Normal 4+ star recruit Gem costs have been reduced (permanently, not just on sale). The reduction is based that they now have less value compared to the improved 6+ star Recruits.
- Guild shop now displays 8 item per refresh (increased from 6).
