Limited Recruit Wuzetian improved - Leader Skill now 6X HP

Great news! - to encourage more players to recruit the new Limited Recruit Card, we have increase the Leader Skill of the Wuzetian cards (6*, 7*, and 8*) to increase HP of human and balanced type to 6X of original!
