Command points

Hello I have been playing for awhile now and I have started to notice a problem with the amount at which you gain command points. I'm now getting closer to level 50 and I've found that its not a lack of good cards that holds me back, but my inability to use them. My card team has my command points maxed while I have a few 6* card that I can't use as well as having 2 cards on my team I could evolve but then would be unable to use them. Now I unstand this helps keep a balance in the game. Keeping low level people from just buying their way to a good deck. From a marketing stand this makes people less likely to spend money. Take me as an example... I already have good cards I can't use why spend money for more? Aslo events have less meaning to me because even if I earn a good card Ican't use it. Please I would like to hear others opinions on this matter. Thank You.
