Guild Point Determination

Just curious how it is determined how many guild points are earned per battle with The Arch Witch? Everytime I kill her I get a different amount of points. How is it determined how many I will earn per kill? Amount of turns? Revives used? Amount of damage done beyond her HP? Please advise.

It's a complex formula based on total damage dealt during the battle, so if you use a huge attack when the boss have few HP left (overkill), then you end up with higher points.
